Vinified with a 6-year process: one year in steel for the two fermentations, aged in large Slavonian oak barrels and bottled 12 months before its introduction on the market. Wine with a complex structure produced only in the best years. It can be combined with very savory and complex dishes, such as red and roasted meats, braised meats with reduced tomato sauces, aged cheeses. Wine that can also be tasted between meals for meditation.
