Uvaggio 70% Sangiovese Grosso, blended con 30% Cabernet Sauvignon di nostra produzione (uva di Cabernet è stata acquistata dopo attenta selezione. Fermentazione e produzione in serbatoi di acciaio sino all’esaurimento dell’acido malico. Affinamento in tonneaux nuove per 6 mesi) .
Messo in commercio dopo 8 mesi dopo dall'affinamento in bottiglia.
